RSPN offers its consultancy services to organisations for various assignments. These services are being strengthened through maintaining regular updating of a roster of national and international consultants. The wing is a cost centre and is being managed by Manager Special Projects. The main consultancy areas being offered are social mobilisation, monitoring, evaluation, impact assessments, research, micro-insurance, micro-finance, human resource development, natural resource management, governance, micro-enterprise development and non profit corporate sector management, devolution, public sector capacity building and capacity building of local government institutions.
