Research, Assessments and Evaluation
The third key element of the RSPN MER agenda is conducting research, assessments and evaluations on RSP programmes and on issues concerning the RSPs and the Community Organisations. RSPN uses its in-house expertise of the MER section as well as by engaging experienced and well known development experts, economists and consulting firms.
